Perfection Counter Tops, Inc.

They do not answer texts, they give you date and then do not show up, they do not call to say the will not come. They never addressed any issues, I mentioned to them.

Outstanding very professional. I would highly recommend.

I could not be more thrilled with my new quartz countertops and backsplash. The process from beginning to end was so easy, almost too easy! Carol was amazing to work with. She understood what I wanted, explained the process, and gave me many options. I felt like I was working with family. Everyone who came to measure and install was so kind and professional. It turned out better then I could have imagined. I can not wait to continue on with my bathrooms.

Work was good, the salesman was dishonest. Unlikely to use them again.

I was lied to by the salespeople. I was promised a seamless countertop but when the contractors came they had two pieces. I asked them to stop working so that I could contact the salespeople and they told me the countertop does not come in a full slab for the size of my counter. I was mad but they told me I was overreacting and being negative. Two days prior to installation, I contacted them to confirm I was getting a full slab and was told definitely yes. I was stuck with the product since my counters had been removed already. The price is only good if you get what you ordered and in my case, I did not. I am not pleased with my countertop. Make sure you get everything in writing before proceeding with this company.

Communication was a bit troublesome at times. Detailed, written estimate was not available. Less than one year later and we have a crack in our quartz countertop. So disappointing.

Carol was great. She explained our options and helped us make a great choice.

They will do everything in their power to make certain that you are pleased with their product and service. No worries. They will take care of it. Absolutely fabulous business. I'll go to them first next time I need anything.

Great price, installation and service. Will recommend to everyone we know.

Start to finish A++++. Working with Carol was easy and informative. Thursday measure, Tuesday install...that's lightning fast! Their installers are top notch, enjoyed watching them work. Gave my wife a 6" area to find the seam on the granite, she couldn't find it. Don't hesitate, just call Carol.

The team was quick to respond to my request. They were very kind and professional. Price was average compared to other similar companies.

My experience was Perfection countertops was great. Carol guided us through the entire project with her very obvious knowledge and experience. She offered suggestions from personal experience and from all the years she’s worked with the company. Once we got the final estimate we couldn’t believe how affordable granite countertops could be! From start to finish the entire process took about a week and a half. The install crew was amazing and had the countertops in as promised. They gave us instructions on how to care for the granite and what are next step was. We will absolutely be using them again for our next project!

The whole process starts with Carol! She handles everything from A-Z; plumbers, electricians and any other need you may have. What a lovely woman to deal with; courteous, professional and knowledgeable! I had three countertops installed with sinks and side splashes: A wonderful experience! Ernesto, Carlos, Gio and the rest of the crew were courteous, neat, and very client savy! The powder room was not an easy install, but they performed the work seamlessly! I an't thank them enough for making my bathrooms join the 21st century! After the work was done, the old countertops were hauled away and Carol had a wonderful plumber from Clar Plumbing named Brian. He was fast, actually knew his trade exceptionally and his price was more than fair. I can't imagine having a countertop installed by anyone but Perfection! I couldn't ask for a better client service rep. than Carol. Give them a call the next time you see that your countertops are old and in need of refreshing. I promise you that you will be rewarded with a truly painless experience! Thanks again all; we love them!!!

From beginning to end. it was the best experience we've ever had. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Carol! She was on top of the entire process. The turnaround was really fast. The fabricator Ernesto was awesome and the crew was amazing. They were neat, clean and extremely knowledgeable. What a GREAT company to work with! The Quartz counter tops are absolutely gorgeous. If you want to work with a counter top company-----this is the ONLY one to consider. The pricing was so much better that the other companies we interviewed. Can't say enough about them.
