Perfection Tree Care

We paid them $5000 for tree and stump removal, a healthy price for the amount of work needed, and thought paying a reputable tree service a good price would ensure good quality, turns out it did not even result in a complete job! I thought it was odd they did not have any paperwork acknowledging what was to be done and long story short... we were told halfway through the job they could not remove the huge pieces of pine tree they chopped up, 3 broken sprinkler heads they did not fix, and they did not trim back one tree we asked for at all. Multiple attempts to reconcile through their management have failed. The foreman even came back out to our home, AND VERY CLEARLY said what they would finish(on video), and what they would not. **After the city comes and picks up what is out front, we will come move the rest out front and finish the trimming** This has resulted in NO returned calls since that 2nd visit, us having to roll 20 huge pieces of pine out front, work that was agreed to not finished, and broken sprinkler heads. I would never recommend them to anyone. I even typed this review, stopped, called again and gave them another week... nothing. It has become clear they think the more time that goes by it is to their benefit, and the less they seem to care.

Quick, reasonably priced service

Buddy was great! He came to my home on time with his guys ready to work. They worked fast and cleaned up all the debris. I would definitely recommend Perfection Tree Care to anyone needing tree removal

I talked to 3 tree companies, but went with them because they provided a timely response, a written contract and seemed to be quite knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable with all my questions. They came on time, with the right number of men for the job, they were very respectful of my property, cleaned up wonderfully and were fair and reasonable. They provided a contract with everything spelled out and did all that they said they would do. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Since I was undergoing cancer treatments in Florida, I hired Todd Pruitt from A Cut Above Tree Care to remove a couple of trees , bushes, undergrowth, and any other garden paraphernalia from Mom and Dads garden in Newton. I wish I could post pictures of our agreement beforehand and of the outcome. I was assured by phone all would be removed, and that since Todd had connections in a local fire department, they would come in April or May to do a controlled burn to dispose of all he did not remove . Still waiting on that to happen. After handing over $12,000 in cash, via my sister there, Im faced with hiring someone else to complete the job when Im able to travel again. These guys did a great job getting a 100 year old huge tree down in a very tight spot. They did so without damage and were fast and economical. We were pleased.

This company DID NOT complete the services I hired them to do. I truly believed I was ripped off on cost and job, after being PAID in FULL. I have not been able to locate or contact anyone from the company. Looking into legal actions.

Good,fast, and Clean Work

This is an outfit I don't believe anyone would use a second time. No written proposal so a disagreement before job was started. Made a mistake and let them continue due to timing urgency. Was told job was completed. It wasn't. Called Todd and he said he would come by to take a look. Didn't show or call. Didn't return ensuing call. Damage to yard ? Oh well was the answer. There's a reason they only take cash. Never again.

Todd and his crew showed up on time and finished the job in a timely manner.

I was very pleased with the work that Todd Proffitt and his crew did for me. They arrived on time and went about there work. They were careful taking down the trees. They are coming back tomorrow to grind the stumps. This project was not part of the original work order. I would hire them again

On the phone, they said they would come out but could not do the work for a couple of weeks. Once on site, however, they realized the urgency of getting the trees cut down and did it immediately. Nice manager and staff, worked through the rain to get the job done, would recommend them highly. Be sure to get the receipt, though. I neglected to get it, have called several times and can not get a return call back.

I had them remove a sick oak tree and trim 2 Bradford Pear trees. Everything looked great until a few days later when we noticed that the limbs that were cut from one of the pear trees were left hanging in the tree. We pulled them out and its a bigger pile than we should have to deal with. I called them and left a message but a week later, the pile is still there. So while it appears they did great work, they didn't finish it. I can't really recommend this outfit since it looks like I'll be stuck finishing up what they were paid to do.

buddy ca,e out and looked at my job he is supper nice and he had a crew out to do the job the same day witch was a huge help to me all his guy are respectfull I thank a cut above tree care should be voted number 1 in sc thanks guys

They came in and gave me a quote and performed the job on the same day. They cleaned up the yard and removed all the trash even the pine cones. Great job and very professional, highly recommend this company

These people are really good and I would like to recommend them to anybody! They are best people that I have had come out and they cut the price in half knowing that I had a stroke and I am not in a great position financially.

They took down three gigantic oak trees and cleaned up and removed all debris. Responded quickly once I went online looking for someone. Came to the house to give an estimate which we agreed upon and started that same day. Pricing was very fair. Asked for their business card for any future projects.
