They have terrible customer service, they did not do my backyard 3 times in a row, because they were asked to call ahead of time so I could unlock my gate. When I called to complain they said sorry but it was my fault. I said I would cancel my service if it was not taken care of, the lady said fine you're cancelled and hung up the phone. I called back to speak with a manager she said she could help, I said no I did not want to talk to her, I asked for the Owner she said it was Graham and he was not in but said she would have him call. I still to this day have not received a call back from the Owner. This company is only out for your money and has no regard if you are happy with their service, I would not recommend this company if you are looking for a company that cares about the customers or acts professional in any manner.

"(consumer name withheld per their request) was not referred to Perfectly Green LawnCare through HomeAdvisor. He lives with his significant other who was referred to us from her father, a current satisfied customer. We did work on the daughter?s property at the fathers request back in 2016. The service in question is not a service we offer generally to the public nor do we offer it through HomeAdvisor. It was a onetime clean up and pruning of shrubs. We did it as a favor to the father. Several months later, the daughter called requesting we come out and prune her shrubs again just a day before she wanted to have a party. As stated previously, this is NOT a one-off service we provide and if we did we would need more than one day?s notice to schedule the service. Mr. (consumer name withheld per their request) negative review is a total fabrication and I request that it be removed. I?d like to know how someone who does not use the HomeAdvisor service or who was not even referred to our company by the Home Advisor service can give a review and a rating in the first place. We have great reviews from real customers that employ Perfectly Green LawnCare from HomeAdvisor , Facebook, Google and Nextdoor Neighborhood websites. Just Google us for yourself and see! We discovered an underground yellow jacket. After one attempt and 4 bee stings we decided to go pro. And these guys were 100%. Came out and a few minutes later.. BEE FREE .. Thank you

The representative came out when promised, gave a good assessment of my lawn and its issues, and immediately provided a cost proposal. I hired them. Sean came out the next day and took care of my fire ant problem. So far I'm very pleased. They will be taking care of my lawn.

I had a long service before hiring Perfectly green. During the winter I would see green spots indicating weeds were creeping in. I gave Perfectly Green a shot and not only do I no longer see weeds creeping in, but in the Summer months, our lawn is absolutely beautiful. We can always tell when they have been to our home even before reading the note letting me know what they did and any pertinent information that we need to know as far as watering etc. I am a realtor and I have recommended Graham to all of my clients in the area both old ones as well as new ones.
