Perfecto Blinds responded to my request with Service Magic within ten minutes of submission. We set a time for our Smith & Noble roman shade to be picked-up for repair, and the repair was accomplished within a few days. Everything went very well, saving us a considerable amount of money over the option of replacing the damaged shade. I would absolutely recommend this provider to anyone looking for similar repair.

The gentleman was efficient and the work was done well. He arrived considerably earlier than he said he would and my wife (who has physical disabilities) was not quite ready to answer the door- but that was a minor glitch and easily overcome. All in all I we are pleased.

My shades needed restrining. In the past, this was a pain in the neck. We used to take them back to the store they were purchased from, and wait.....and wait for a call to pick them up. Perfecto Blinds provides pick-up and delivery. This is a real plus. Also, the job was finished within a few days. I was surprised at the reasonable price for such A-1 service.
