I called Performance 1 Roofing on a whim after I saw their 5 star reviews. Russell estimate was more competitive than the others for roof shingles replacement. We had structural damage on our porch cover roofing, but his crew replaced a couple 2x4s and installed new fascia boards for that. Because I did the home depot runs to get the materials, Russell didn't nickel and dime me for the added work to repair the porch cover. I paid the same as what the estimate said. Would recommend Performance 1 Roofing if you need a roof replacement.

We had time constraints for getting our roof replaced and Russell and his team were able to get it scheduled quickly. They were punctual on the installation date and got the job done with efficiency; they were done by mid afternoon and were communicative and courteous during the installation process. We had no surprises and the price was as quoted. They offered a more competitive quote than the other businesses we had inquired about the job.

Highly recommend Performance 1 Roofing. JD was incredibly thorough and honest (and responsive). After other companies urged me to replace both of my roofs (main house and cottage), JD carefully examined the situation and explained that it wasn't yet time to do this. His staff actually performed small fixes during their complementary inspection that helped smaller problems they found. I can't say enough about their honest and "customer-first" mindset. When I do in fact have to replace my roof, I am absolutely going straight to Performance 1 Roofing.

Extremely fast response time. Same-day service to repair a small gash in my TPO roof. The guys were super conscientious and also cleaned some leaves off the roof and wiped down a skylight that I normally can't reach. Can't recommend them enough!
