Tim was very professional. He checked my entire HVAC system, including all the duct work,, not just the units. I was very impressed by his knowledge and service. He found and repaired a collapsed flex duct in the corner of the attic which was drastically cutting the air return capabilities of the system. Even though he is a small (employee wise) company, prompt scheduling and professional knowledge was not an issue.. Highly recommend.
