John was quick to respond to any question. He stood by his quote, even though he quoted the wrong deck (mine should have been more). He's a hard worker and his work shines through...I will absolutley hire him again. Have passed his name on to 3 friends so far, and will continue to recommend!! Thanks John -- you are the only "pro" I've experienced with Service Magic. I was hesitant to use Service Magic after the disaster I had with a painting "pro" (of which I received no resolution)..again, thank you John for being a pro!!

Window Cleaning
John and his crew came and cleaned all my windows and powerwashed my vinyl deck, driveway, porch and walk. My windows and frames are spotless. My driveway, porch and walkway look like new. Our cream vinyl deck is beautiful again. Thank you Performance Cleaners. I WILL have them come again. They were very professional and when they left you would have never known they were here other than everything was so clean.

The only problem with the way he washed the windows is that I now definitely have to clean the insides. He also made my sidewalk and parking pad look like new. Don't waste your time or money on anyone else. He's the greatest.

This company did an excellent job powerwashing my house and deck! John and his crew were very professional, hard working and courteous. This was the first time I had the house powerwashed (built in '97) and they did a great job removing the accumulated pollution from the vinyl siding. They also did a great job powerwashing the 3 level deck. It was so much easier and more pleasant to apply stain to a freshly cleaned deck. Thanks for the great job you did! I highly recommend them and will use them again for future projects. Thanks guys!

They did two projects for me - power washed the fence and cleaned my windows in and out. I am totally elated with the finished projects and plan to have them come back do the windows in the fall. I would recommend them to my neighbors and friends.
