We are extremely pleased with the service provided!! At first we were optimistic on what the prices were going to be to upgrade our attic insulation; however after consultation prices were extremely affordable!! Dylan is awesome and I definitely recommend him for your consultation!! In addition we have seen a tremendous reduction in our utility bill as of date our Nest has been on ECO with no energy used! I would definitely recommend this company! Great customer service and timely with there work!!! Thank you so much!!!

Measurements on the space had to be corrected multiple times. Left a mess and wanted to wait 2 weeks to clean it up, which we could not do because that would have delayed our restoration. Finally, offered to have the subcontractor they hired come out and clean up. Still had to do some clean up on our on. This was after they added substantial money to the quote so that they could protect existing surfaces.Hired another contractor to do the work who came out with his company magnet on his truck, nothing reflecting the name Performance Energy, which concerned me about licensing and insurance.

They worked quickly and efficiently, left no mess and were a minimal invasion of my day. They also showed me pics of their work. Good job all around.

Very Professional service! Mr Hoover is not your every day Insulation Installer, he is an Energy Performance Auditor. He makes sure the air in your Attic is conditioned and that your Ceiling is completely sealed before blowing in 20" of Insulation. If you need Insulation for your House this is the company to hire. I highly recommend them and will be doing a follow up review in a month comparing my Energy Savings!

Arrived on time & worked all day. Our 1971 house had zero insulation & even with a new ac unit, would not cool once the outside temp got to 90, about 1:00 every afternoon ....Thanks to a great job, we can now chill at 68 degrees all day long. The house was sealed, insulation blown in, thanks so much!

Paul Hoover did an excellent job adding insulation in my bedroom an area of 6 by 16 had no insulation he added r-30 insulation added roof ventilation I highly recommend performance energy for any of your insulation and Roofing needs

I am satisfied

I was very disappointed in quality of work I received. First they did not let me know they were at my home, just got on roof and began working. Had to have them back several times as the one leak they were hired to do fix did not hold even after multiple cans of silicone . Then I was informed by office person that it was another problem not covered by original price quote. I feel they should have honored the original price quote as it was for locating and repairing all leaks on patio roof. I must say I don't think the workers were qualified to do roofing and did not do quality work. I was very disappointed. I don't usually complain about service I receive but felt it necessary this time as I didn't want someone else to have same experience. Georgia B. I would like to revise my review of this company after speaking with Mr. Hoover personally this a.m. They apologized for previous treatment of situation and gave me full refund of my money without hesitation. Good customer service, Christy stayed up with us on time/date of repair as we had a lot of rain. Beautiful job and roof repairs looks like new.

so far the roof is not leaking. I have had this same spot repaired 3 other times and it always leaks, so hopefully this did the trick. also, the had to work around a lot of rain at the time and even worked on sat to finish. very nice

Pricing was in-line with other estimates we received. The guy that came out to give the estimate was excellent! My only complaint was we were told they would be here on a Thursday from noon to 4:00pm. I received a call at 4:40 and said they couldn't make it until Friday at 8:00am but didn't show until after 11am.
