Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
In addition to the asphalt shingle roof install, we also had rubber roofing and gutters installed. We worked with Josh Smith. When we first met with Josh, he explained everything to a "t", and that's exactly how the project was done! Josh always kept us informed throughout the process. Our roof was really old, so they had to remove 2 layers of shake and 2 layers of asphalt. From the roofers, to the rubber roofing and gutter install, these guys worked hard and did an excellent job! We couldn't be anymore please with the completed projects, and we highly recommend Performance Exteriors & Contracting!

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
Adam and the crew were great! I did want to leave the quality and value sections of this survey blank because we need to wait until the spring to answer them, but the survey would not allow that. The reason i didn't want to answer is because the shingles were installed on a very cold day which apparently affected the ability of the glue to bind as it should - many of the shingles in large sections are not laying flat. We're trusting they will adhere when the weather heats up in spring. In hindsight I would have liked to know a minimum temperature for installation, and would hire earlier in the year.

Adam was great to work with. We were impressed with how quickly they were able to schedule our roof replacement. The crew was able to complete the project in a day and did a great job cleaning up, leaving very little debris. We are very happy with our new roof and would recommend them.

Work was completed timely and well. Customer service during project was excellent. I further hired this company to clad my soffit and fascia which turned out to be challenging but looks great. Would definitely recommend.
