Very prompt and courteous service. Did what they said and more. Exceeded our expectations!

They did a great job, but failed to tell me when I called they charge $175 trip charge that includes the first hour of work. I was not expecting to spend $200 to patch a piece of carpet that I was supplying. It took him about 1.25 hours so this is quite a hefty hourly charge. If I would have known ahead of time, i would not have had them do the work.

He was honest, he saved us hundreds of dollars. We were thinking about replacing the carpet but we didn’t have to. Thank you!

I did not realize when I inquired on the web that these businesses would automatically call me. My husband was unprepared when he received the calls as I submitted his telephone number with the inquiry. Both businesses called within 30 minutes of my inquiry - which is incredible. I would have preferred to hire the other professional - simply due to his proximity to my home however Performance Flooring was able to come to my home the very same day and complete the repair. We are pleased with the work and would recommend his services to others in our area.
