They walked off the job!! Redoing my balconies -- halfway through the job they told me I needed to remove my entire shutter system! Said they had told me that at the beginning of the job -- they did not!

"We want to correct the record here for anyone reading this. The scope of this project changed after our original agreement. Separately, our team let you know that your shutter system would need to be removed in order to properly assess and complete the balcony work, which is standard for a project like this. We ultimately chose not to move forward, both due to the revised scope and due to the disrespectful and harassing treatment of our team members. No work was performed, and the full project amount was refunded in advance."

I hired Performance Floors and Coating for an epoxy floor in my garage and couldnt be more disappointed. The installer completely disregarded my detailed instructions, photos, and even a video tutorial I provided. Instead, he created a bizarre and inconsistent pattern, including "tiger stripes" (he called them veins), smudged cloudy areas, and a checkerboard pattern due to overlapping corrections. It looked nothing like what I had specified.
Despite multiple conversations with management and the salesman, no one offered a solution or even an apology just arguments and excuses. The job cost me $5,700, and I had to spend another $2,575 to have it redone properly by someone else.
This company doesnt stand behind its work and fails to guarantee customer satisfaction. Save yourself the hassle and hire a company that values their clients and their craftsmanship.

Everyone involved showed up when they said they would. They kept in close contact through the whole job, which did experience some delays due to the conditions of my property. Everyone was very communicative, answered all my questions and returned calls even after the job was completed when I had questions. The price was competitive . The garage looks amazing! Great job!

Very satisfied hiring This company! Lawrence was very knowledgeable when going over my options of polishing and using an epoxy floor coat over the concrete floors in my home. He was not the least expensive option however the work he performed was worth the price. The new floors I now have will add not just a great look but more value to my home!
