Write a ReviewWe just bought our first home and were excited about updating the home's exterior. We chose Performance Painting because of their great reviews. We got 4 estimates but ultimately chose this company because of their professionalism. I can say I am very happy we did as they went above beyond of what was expected. They sealed the house very well and even assisted with color selection. I have had compliments from neighbors and even the Amazon guy! Would definitely use them again!

Their will literally cut corners of your house in order to make the job look strait. I had them replace 3 beams at the front of my property. They got two of the beams on completely strait to look fantastic. On the third beam they cut an inch and a half off of the beam so that it lined up at first glance. I had to call the office to get someone to come and correct it. They sent the same team who expressed some verbal frustration towards me about having to do the work correctly. I found multiple areas of the job after the work was completed that did not line up to contract. With areas and corners not fully sealed. Pressure washing was not fully done on all of the paintable surfaces. I had to call them again to finish multiple corners. This contractor did the bare minimum to get paid. I let the project manager off the hook after the multiple return visits. His team clearly did not live up to the reputation of Performance Contractors.
Said he could match existing paint, but didn't. Didn't come when he said he would. Didn't return call after he was paid. So we could not get him to come back and make the job right.

Do not hit this contractor. Pick up a handyman or Day labor or do it yourself would be better than this company who can their self professional. Very poor customer service. We never got a final walkthrough, the project manager does not care, too many jobs for the company to watch for sloppy work. I had to chase them down to pay this company two weeks after the job was done. Just wanted these people out of our life. Again, do not use this company.

From first meeting my project manager, Mike Stagg, I knew this was going to turn out great. He was professional and his estimate was clear and affordable. The painters were thourough and worked hard. I would definatly hire them again and would recomend them both on performance and pricing.
Great price for the quality of work.
