Central A/C Installation
Fred installed my AC/heater unit with absolute expertise. Though it was a bit of a challenge, he did not stray from the original quoted price. He was friendly, hard working, knowledgeable and keen on details. Good people like Fred are a rare commodity and I will definitely recommend Fred to everyone I can.

We went with Performance because they were able to provide a/c, heating and plumbing. Fred was brilliant to work with: professional, punctual and fairly priced. He always responds quickly, and worked well even in challenging circumstances & against tight deadlines. You can really see that he takes pride in his work. Everything is extremely tidy - even under the kitchen sink! I don't think other plumbers / HVAC companies would have given us the result he did. I would highly recommend Performance for any job.

From the initial call, Fred, my contact, was very informative and professional. This allowed me to review other contractors who bid the project with a high degree of knowledge. The quality of the products and service provided by Performance was superior in every way. The installers were efficient, careful inside and outside of my home as well as on time and helpful. Performance, Fred and the workers made sure that we passed the city inspections without any problems based on the quality of their work. I highly recommend Performance without any reservation. Super friendly staff, very punctual, constant concern for cleanliness on job site, does not stray from quoted price. Previous a/c installer, Philip G. Ponce cheaped out on product and workmanship (beware if he is contacted to do A/C work or estimate). Performance A/C owner Fred corrected shoddy work. Am going to recommend to as many friends and relatives that need A/C work. I couldn't be more happier now that I have an A/C contact in my list of Contractors---and COLD A/C!

They were very very knowledgeable, very clean. They even installed a carbon monoxide indicator. I will definitely use them in the future.
