His repair failed, ignored all calls and emails asking him to come back fix the repair. Had to hire another contractor to correct the repair. Sadly the repair cost more due to the extened ceiling damage from the rain caused by the failed repair of Performance Roofing.

I hired Performance Roofing to visually inspect my asphalt shingle roof. After I put the request on "HomeAdvisor", the company owner, Dennis Diakoff, called me back within an hour and we set up an inspection for the following morning. Dennis was here exactly at the appointed hour, thoroughly inspected my two story high gabled roof, told me it was in great condition & that I wouldn't need service for several years. Dennis was very professional and exhibited significant knowledge of his roofing trade. The price he charged for this inspection was also very reasonable. Highly recommended!

I hired him to come out and provide an estimate to re-roof my rental property. He came out, spent a significant amount of time climbing around the roof. When he came down he said the roof still has quite a few years left before it needed to be replaced. Last year a branch poked a small hole that we patched. He said the patch we applied looked good and unless we noticed a leak he did not see any need for further work. He did not present a bill for his time so we gave him a generous tip. Will definitely call him if we need roof work.
