Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
Got my roof installed due to the hail storm. It was nice to work with them. Except the roof contractor. A couple things that I had do an inspection myself after the job was done. First, I got into the attic where I found out the solar fan did not not spin. The fan blade got stuck due the fan was misaligned the hole. Second, the water heating tank?s exhaustion tube was fallen out. This would be dangerous as the carbon gas could have circulated and got inside the house. Since not many homeowner's would expect to do the check like me. So. a supervisor could have experiences to inspect rather than the home owner. Anyway the good was that they had the contractors come back to fix the issues quickly.

His team arrived on the scheduled time, completed the new roof in the time promised, cleaned the property completely and did so in a most professional manner. Our experience with Mr. Chris Swindle/Performance Roofing was awesome. Once we met Mr. Swindle and received his sales presentation and his estimate, we were impressed. My wife and I didn't need another estimate. We made Mr. Swindle/Performance roofing our contractor. Mr. Swindle has good professional values. His word was his bond and he was always available. Roger Son came out to give me an estimate on our wind damage. The insurance adjuster came at the same time Justin told the Insurance adjuster I didnâ t need a new roof that my wind damage repair would be cheaper than my deductible I withdraw my claim with the insurance company and had Justin repair the damage.Rogers roofing company is the most honest caring company if I ever have any more roofing repairs I would highly call them I recommend them to everyone in the Fort Worth area . Even my insurance adjuster said she never had a contractor recommend an insurance withdrawal and repair the damage for less than my deductible. They came out to my house, looked at the problem I had with the roof, did not know what to do to fix it and said they would get back with me in a few days. I have never heard from the again. I will now have to start the process all over again.

No complaints. Pricing seemed reasonable (they weren’t most expensive nor the cheapest). Showed up on time. Their painter was good. Left the site clean. Overall the new gutters look nice.

Company responded to estimate request quickly. After accepting their offer, they got me on the calendar for the following week to install. Installation crews followed all my guidance and requests. Sales rep came back out to inspect job before the company collected payment. Gutters look great.

We highly recommend Performance Roofing. They were ALL extremely professional from the Front Office to Project Manager to the VERY experienced Install Team of 9. They were on time, fairly bid, cleaned up afterward! We had some wood rot on the facia they bid & replaced! Roof off, roof on in one day! Very satisfied!

They guys did great work, they arrived a little late to start, but due to cold weather that day, I'm sure there were issues with vehicles, But once they arrive Oh Boy! did they take care of business. The work they did was awesome and it had a clean look to how they positioned the gutters. We are so grateful for quality work. the manager and project managers were was awesome, They answered every question and all was good. :)
