Owner Rick went above and beyond for us. He is very personable and would always make himself available to us when we had questions or concerns. He worked with us and our insurance company to make sure we got everything we needed done and covered. Our house looks great. Would highly recommend.

I had the opportunity to hire Performance Roofing to repair hail and water damage to our home. Richard Leipsic called me within minutes of my post to this website. He came by the house almost immediately, inspected the whole place, discovered additional damage not found during the adjuster estimate and took care of us like he’d known us all our lives. He handled the insurance adjuster, walked me through his bid, told me not t worry, and even played with my dogs. His crew was on time every day, They did everything he said they’d do. And they went the extra mile to ensure every detail was covered. Everyone on his crew was friendly and knowledgeable. I’m so happy we used his company for our repairs inside and out. Very helpful in picking just the right color. He went out of his way to show me houses with different colored roofs so I could choose the right one. Very customer oriented.

Rick always goes above and beyond to keep his customers happy. We used him for our roof and solar screen repair in 2019. At the same time, he repainted the exterior of the house and replaced any warped, rotten boards. But, it doesn't stop there. We literally call Rick any time something goes wrong with the house. Since then, he's helped us fix our pool equipment's foundation, removed a tree that was in danger of falling on the house, and replaced our garage door. Every time we call him, he is prompt and kind. His prices are great, too. The most important part, though, is that we've found someone we trust when it comes to our home. I recommend him highly to anyone needing work on their home!!!

I was in a bad situation, needing a new roof before I could sell my house the following week. I talked to Rick on Thursday, and by Friday, people were working on the roof. The roof was finished on Saturday morning, on a holiday weekend, no less. Rick also worked with me on payment, so that I wasn't wiped out all at once. Rick came highly recommended from a colleague and did not disappoint. Originally planned on using Performance just for roof but elected to have Ricks team paint house, replace gutters, install new garage door and stain fence. Rick was timely with his all aspects of the job from the proposal to invoice, providing a work timeline and followed up every step of the way. The performance crews were professional and courteous. When the work was completed it was hard to tell anyone had been at our house with the exception of the great work they had done.
