I had the opportunity to hire Performance Roofing to repair hail and water damage to our home. Richard Leipsic called me within minutes of my post to this website. He came by the house almost immediately, inspected the whole place, discovered additional damage not found during the adjuster estimate and took care of us like he’d known us all our lives. He handled the insurance adjuster, walked me through his bid, told me not t worry, and even played with my dogs. His crew was on time every day, They did everything he said they’d do. And they went the extra mile to ensure every detail was covered. Everyone on his crew was friendly and knowledgeable. I’m so happy we used his company for our repairs inside and out. Very helpful in picking just the right color. He went out of his way to show me houses with different colored roofs so I could choose the right one. Very customer oriented.

Rick always goes above and beyond to keep his customers happy. We used him for our roof and solar screen repair in 2019. At the same time, he repainted the exterior of the house and replaced any warped, rotten boards. But, it doesn't stop there. We literally call Rick any time something goes wrong with the house. Since then, he's helped us fix our pool equipment's foundation, removed a tree that was in danger of falling on the house, and replaced our garage door. Every time we call him, he is prompt and kind. His prices are great, too. The most important part, though, is that we've found someone we trust when it comes to our home. I recommend him highly to anyone needing work on their home!!!
