Performance Roofing and Asphalt

I was referred to Performance Roofing and Asphalt by a neighbor. I had a leak coming into my home. Angelo came out in the rain and looked at my roof. He was knowledgeable of my issue. With all the rain we have been having, I was scared of a bigger problem. Angelo assured me everything would be okay and gave me some pointers to take with me in the future. So far, I have not had any issues since Angelo fixed my roof. Thanks for excellent customer service! I definitely would call him again.

Angelo was outstanding. I felt he was very honest, he responded quickly and make the repairs. He took pictures to show me what worked needed to be done. He also showed me pictures after he completed the work. I highly recommend his service. If I ever need any additional work done, I will definitely hire him without any hesitation.

Had two leaks in my roof. Each leak was discovered under separate conditions. The first leak was in the master bedroom, small but still not something you care to have. Discovered around 2 in the morning during a rain storm. Looked them up, because the storm had ended schedule an appointment for the following day, they were out that same day and fixed the leak. The other leak was discovered later. Due to our busy schedule, they came out on a Sunday and fixed it. The costs were very reasonable. I was very impressed with their service and would definitely use them again.

Angelo did an excellent job explaining the work to be done and the available options of materials. After completing the job, he took me up on the roof and we went over everything he had done. Angelo came through for me after several other roofers I contacted either wouldn't return my calls or failed to show up when promised.

Performance actually hired another company to do work. 2 people worked for 4 hours and Performance charged me $3400. Possibly needed $100 in materials at most. Very exorbitant charges. Neighbor is roofer came by said charge should have been $1500-$1700. So sad I should have gotten other estimates. My fault. Would not recommend because of the price. Over $400/hr. Only time will tell if repaired correctly.
