Everything was going great until it was t. Came and started the job as promised. Paid half of the agreed-upon amount when they were about halfway done. Paid the other half as they were finishing up. Unfortunately for me, they made a downspout that did not fit and promised to come back to fix it. At the time of review, well over a month and a half later, they have not come back. A lot of back and forth via texts and promises to come back and fix it but no show every time. James is now telling me that this job and the responsibility of completing it is not his and that this was a side job that belonged to his employee and he was simply helping. The issue I have is that this information was news to me and was brought to my attention in our last text exchange. Did not come up when I paid him directly. Twice. The concern now is that the incomplete gutter system will still allow water into my crawlspace and potentially compromise my footings/foundation.

They contacted me right away and were able to fit me into their schedule right away. Showed up on time, went about their work and left everything clean and tidy. Jim was very cordial and professional. Seemed A+ to me!

They were very knowledgeable about all the details.
