Jason and his team (Drue and Bailey) were amazing to work with. Our Crossroads KC condo provided some logistical challenges and they sailed thru it all with a smile and great attitude. The tile work is outstanding, attention to detail impressive and communication along the way greatly appreciated. Thanks guys for doing such a great job! Wow! This crew was some of the best we’ve had in our house. Jason was very responsive with initial contact, the bid, and any other questions we had. He was able to get on the schedule within a month. Charlie and Danny were a great crew! Charlie was very experienced and you could tell. My wife said the tile looked good without the grout, which is rare. Danny was a very nice young man, and an Eagle Scout to boot. The job was compete within the timeframe quoted and they cleaned up very nicely, daily!! Performance Tile & Stone, LLC will definitely be back to do the rest of our house; already got Jadon working the quotes. Thank you Jason, Charlie, and Danny!!

We are very pleased with whole operation of Jason and his crew they were very efficient in the work they accomplished. Would definitely hire them again.

Jason was very enthusiastic from our first conversation. His energy when he arrived was fantastic and was prompt and on time! He allowed me to make on the fly changes to what I initially said I wanted and answered all the questions I had as he worked. Was a joy to work with and will be using him in the future if I need anymore work and recommending him to those I know who would need some sort of tile work.

Jason is energetic and does nice work. He was quick to respond and good at communicating when he would be at out house. We hired him to tile our back porch. When he came to measure he seemed knowledgeable and gave us recommendations on the kind of tile to purchase as well as the other supplies that he would need for the job. The flooring was cement, so the plan was for him to remove the baseboards and tile the floor. He quoted us a price and set up a time to do the work. He texted a couple hours later and said that he had calculated wrong and that the job would be $200 more. The install was quick and the tile looks lovely, but he didn't remove the baseboards first. I'm a bit disappointed in that, but I'm not a perfectionist and I still think he did nice work. I will hire him again to tile our laundry room, but I think I would try to be more clear on my directions.

Jason was a great person to work with. Very polite and straightforward. Willing to adjust his schedule to work with ours. Very open to our ideas but also willing and able to offer good advice. Dependable and always quick to respond to questions in advance of the project. Extremely helpful.
