I have been very pleased since first contacting Bob Stoll of Performance Windows. I am in the process of having my home on the west end of Galveston 100% windstorm certified (I learned after purchasing this home that it was not Texas Windstorm Compliant). As part of that certification process I elected to install storm certified ‘safe harbor’ windows. These windows will not fail during a hurricane. Bob and his team did a superior job ordering the windows I required, working with the engineering team responsible for the certification process, and installing the windows. The installers surpassed the certification requirements for installing windows (number of screws, length of screws, screw types). I am so pleased with the work that I have asked them to replace the exterior doors with windstorm certified doors (and door glass). I highly recommend Performance Windows for your replacement window requirements. You will not be disappointed.

I couldn't be more pleased with the work quality, product, and the integrity of the company's employees. we replaced all the windows and doors in our house, which were more than 40 years old. All the windows we got were high quality and designed for windstorm. they gave us a very reasonably price for the type of windows and the type of work they put in, because of that, we had no problem passing the inspection. The installation crew, lead by Kevin, is very knowledgeable, highly experienced, and did excellent job on installing all the windows and doors. The house looks a lot newer and cleaner now. i am very pleasant and satisfied with their work and would buy from them and use their service again. highly recommend if you looking for high quality windows, good price, and customer service.

Took 4 to 5 weeks longer than expected

Raphael did an excellent job in installing our broken window. He was professional, responsive and finished the job ontime and clean.

Bob, Kevin and crew were easy to work with. Bob was very thorough in his presentation. Kevin and Johnny are veterans at window installs. There is nothing that they haven't experienced when removing old windows. They did a special build of a bay window for me. Very good craftsmanship. I recommend these guys.

Bob Stoll did a great job helping me pick the windows. The installer, Keith Curry, did a great job installing the windows.

The sales service and follow through was all that I expected and more. I was notified of scheduled changes well in advance. The installation went well and the clean up was very good. The two men who installed the windows did an excellent job! They were friendly and professional always respecting my property. They completed the job in the time promised! Mr Stoll is very professional and took the time to research our windoe requirements.

They were very accomodating of my schedule and willing to work with my project timing. His crews were very professional, efficient detail oriented. As well as being fairly priced for the work that was performed. I would recommend Bob to others and infact have done just that.

They recommend "hydroblasting" rather than "pressurewashing" prior to painting. (Both companies owned by same people.) I am not sold on the "hydroblasting" process. They were always on time and worked until job was completed. Very helpful in selecting colors. There were a few items that needed attention at final check. They insisted I was completely satisfied before calling the job complete and wrapped those items up. I would recommend this company.

The job was not completed. Communication with the workers was not good. All bad wood was not replaced on the garage. Job was not completed and we did not get a call back when asked about completion. Our watering system was damaged by the workers in the process.

Hard to pin down as to the day the job would be done. I bit more informal than I would have preferred. Job was done before the deadline I gave and the fence looks fine.

Project was evaluated, priced, ordered and installed on a time schedule suitable to our needs. The installation was carried out in a professional and on time manner.

I was pleased with the overall response from Performance Windows in their handling our project. Bobs experience and guidance for helping us with our needs, well was great. Our installer did an excellent job and made sure the job was cleaned up before they left. We had a follow up visit from the factory rep, who made sure all the windows installed were correct in fit and function.
