We just bought our house and have a few projects as is the case with most houses of a certain age. They're professional and easy to communicate with. They told us what needed to be replaced on the deck and what could just be resurfaced. They found a structural problem in the process and fixed it. Very happy with this work. Like a brand new deck.

These guys were just simply great. Kept us well informed on any issues they encountered. Issues with old deck removal because of a textured stain made the old deck really difficult to remove. But, they handled it with more grace and a much better attitude than I could have mustered. New decking went down quickly and the quality of work was outstanding. When our next maintenance / repair project comes up, we will certainly give them a call.

They were prompt. They listened to me and recommended a plan for the needed repairs in my deck, which had been damaged by a huge limb falling on it. They were prompt and efficient in getting the repairs done. Would use them again.

needed a discount only took half hour paid for 2. Surprisingly received a call from the owner after about a week. Asked what he could do in order to satisfy me completely. And UNBELIEVABLY he rebated me $100 !!! I did not ask. Frankly, in all my years of doing business with people, this has NEVER happened! Perkie is as good and fair as they come. hire them!!!
