Perkins Grading and Underground

I was very impressed with Perkins grading and underground. Everyone and everything from start to finish was outstanding. I will be hiring them again and definitely recommend.

Austin and his crews were awesome in every way. Wife works nights in the ER and they always accommodated her long nights by starting later in the morning. The entire work site was cleaned up better than they found it, asked for my input on changes and were very respectful. Austin and his crew were always taking covid precautions including working in their face coverings. They showed up on time to give us a quote for our project. Scheduled the work in a timely manner. Workers helped us move heavy objects out of the way. Left the job site clean and ready for the next phase. We are now in the process of having Austin bid phase 2 of our project and trust that he will take care of us again! Austin is very knowledgeable and professional. His crews are also very knowledgeable and kind. They did a great job. And would highly recommend them.

I got an immediate response when I asked for a bid. Austin showed up when he said he would. He worked diligently when I told him I had to get approval for the job from the HOA. Once it was approved, he made an appointment with me and went A to B on the job. We are very happy with the walkway and patio and the workers were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Professional and courteous crew. Turned up on time and kept us appraised of progress. Left the site looking neat and clean. The project was: Remove 20+ years' growth of ivy including all the roots; and apply a layer of bark over a medium-sized front yard. I'd recommend them.
