I will not hire them again. They only exterminated in 2 rooms. They sprayed a little something and then placed roach motels. I could have done this much. I have just as many roaches 2 weeks later and now they are also in rooms not treated. I am going to get my own stuff to use this time. They want to charge me a follow-up fee almost the same price as the initial since they did not do the job right first time.

He was 30 minutes late with no call, but the work was done quickly and he was very nice.

These folks were very professional yet friendly and accommodating. They arrived on time, quickly assessed the work, did not try to oversell me or tell me about issues I didn't have with pests. They quickly went to work. The problem has been solved and I'm very pleased.

Mr. Perkins went above and beyond to meet with us Friday evening before Easter weekend and was early for the Monday appointment. He left everything in perfect order and I really appreciate the company's offer of continuing yearly service at an extremely reasonable rate. Very professional; highly recommend!
