My problem was just that I forgot to turn on a water faucet to my hot water heater. I believe the dispatcher could have told me what to do over the phone. So I'm not sure how to respond to questions re: the price. I was disappointed that they arrived at least an hour after the scheduled time.

Dealing with Perkins and Sons Plumbing was a pleasant experience. They sent quality people to our house to install a water heater. While they were here they agreed to do other plumbing work at a very fair price. The quality of their work was excellent.

They had a quick response time and were able to fix the gas leak in my fireplace by replacing the flex, but they could not get the pilot going again (which was lit the day before they came out). So $200 later I still don't have a working fireplace. I'm trying to find a contractor who can fix it for less money.
