I had the Permadry system installed over 6 years ago, and it has worked flawlessly ever since. With yearly maintenance, I’ve had zero issues. Their team is always responsive, professional, and reliable. I previously tried three other companies whose systems failed, so the difference has been huge. Thank you to Ryan and the Permadry team for your impeccable service. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed with our experience with Permadry Waterproofing. They proposed a major (and expensive) fix involving trenching into the garage foundation, installing a drainage pipe, a sump pump, and a waterproof membrane. After all that work, the issue was still not resolved. What?s worse is that after the project was completed, the owner himself came out and admitted that this solution was never going to fix the problem in the first place. We?re left frustrated, out a significant amount of money, and still dealing with the same issue. Be very careful before hiring them for any work

Do not hire this company! They made continual promises they did not keep. They did not return phone calls or emails, I was unable to leave messages due to their voice mailbox being full, their receptionists kept telling me that **Ryan** would call me back in ten minutes when he got out of a meeting. That was their story the three times I was lucky enough to catch them on the phone. Ryan never called back. They dug up my front lawn and left it that way, then completely ghosted me, and its been close to 2 months and I still have not heard from them. I finally hired someone else and they completed the job in two days. Permadry did not do what they said they would do. They did inform me that they ran into a snag in the initial job and needed to do something different, and that the fee would be rolled into that next job. But then they just disappeared without communicating anything. Then sent me a bill for over $600 for the job they did not do or complete! Their customer service is dismal. Do not hire them.

Selected out of five options. Each contractor had slightly different ideas on what codes require for property set backs, and other aspects, As a design and construction professional myself, I thought this was noteworthy. Best knowledge, design and installation - Hands down. Will have Permadry back to install another tightline/rain garden.

Very professional

These guys were great. Showed up on time and completed the project in a day. They cleaned up and left the site looki g better than before they arrived. Most importantly, my basement is no longer flooded everytime it rains. Would definitly recommend them if you have foundation leaks. ,

I received two quotes for my downspout draining system replacement. I chose PermaDry even though their quote was a little higher than the other because of their proposed solution to the problem. The team that did the actual work arrived on time and did a great job. They explained how the system worked and how to maintain it to keep it working well permanently. I appreciated the good job they did cleaning up my yard after all the digging was done and the pipes were laid.

Very professional team, well prepared and well equipped. The guys were detail oriented and efficient. They did a good job.

They came a did a majority of the work two days after flooding in our crawlspace. Our old sump pump died, so they brought out a pump a day before their job to pump the water out. I am so glad they did this, because had they not done the work when they did, we would have had major flooding the following week when it rained about 5" in 2-1/2 days. The finishing work was done 4 months later, well after things had thoroughly dried (my only beef is that it took 4 months before they finally finished the work, although this was minor compared to the excellent job of finishing the majority of the work as scheduled).

They gave us options as to what needed to be done with clear pricing. And they showed up when they said they would and finished the job in one day!

They did a great job and kept the house clean in the process.

Came by 1/2 hr late. Nice guy. Let me know of a few things I could try and if I needed further help they would be here for me. Could do better in keeping in contact with customer prior to and post assessment.

While all the pre-work was well-done (thorough estimate, great follow-up and communication prior to the job), the actual job itself was not handled well. The crew was 45 minutes late, the job was not completed within a day (as previously advised), they left the drainage uncompleted overnight which resulted in a slight overflow of water into the basement, they damaged a sensor to my brand-new garage door by leaving it in water overnight, and they did not clean up as well as they good have upon completion. Overall, the actual job was not completed with as much care as the initial estimate was done in.

The guys who came out to do the work were courteous and efficient. I would have liked to see the basement a little less muddy after the work was completed, but overall no complaints. Very expensive -- but so was the competition.
