I hired PermaGreen to install new shrubs in front of my home. The company replied quickly to my on-line inquiry. Chris and I met just a few days later to discuss my project. He sent me a bid in less than a week with plant suggestions. We were able to decide on plants and complete my project in less than 3 weeks. Chris was great to work with & I am very happy with the final results.

There wasn't follow-up. The original plan was great but when the crew showed up they did not do a good job. I would call to have the mistakes fixed and there was no follow up. The dirt for the seeding was not packed down so when it rained the dirt was clumpy. There were sprinkler lines cut and when repair was done the heads were not pointed correctly. There was one head buried under rock. It seemed the workers did not care.
Response from Company:
Customer was asked to have sprinkler heads marked per our request, heads were not marked. Excessively heavy precipitation caused excessive washout.

Great service and happy with end result. Landscaping crew did a great job and handled a cranky neighbor professionally. Easy to work with and adaptable for what I wanted.

This company is very poor at communicating when they will do the work. The day they said they would be there they didn't communicate to us that it would be late afternoon start. My wife works nights and if we had known they were going to come so late in the afternoon she would not have waited up for them. Plus the work kept getting set back by weather which was not their fault. The sod was half excellent and half dried out. I asked that some of it be fixed and when I handed one of the guys the check for the work he said he would pass it along. No communication since.

PermaGreen was the highest bit, but I am so pleased with the work, and relieved that I made the right choice in selecting this contractor. The gardens look great. The workers were efficient, knew their stuff, and did an excellent job.
