As a single female, I am always leery of being taken advantage of. Not the case here at all! Matt was honest, straightforward and knowledgeable. He did not try to sell me on some extravagant (and unnecessary) fix, rather provided a sensible, and cost efficient approach to fixing my basement issues. No scare tactics, no pressure. I was comfortable and happy with him, and this company. Highly recommend!

I will NEVER use any other company for my waterproofing and/or foundation issues! PermaDry has helped me with 2 different homes and they are ALWAYS professional, friendly, on time, and they DO GREAT WORK! Thorough, reasonably priced, and they take pride in their work. Matt has been awesome and caught an issue that 2 different companies missed. I refer them to everyone I know! Thank you, Mike, Matt and tthe whole PermaDry team!

I recently purchased a condo that had a lot of damage which was not disclosed to me, in turn causing mold. Matt came out to do an inspection to assess the damage. He was very thorough on his inspection, explained everything very well. I would highly recommend this company for any of your waterproofing/ restoration needs, they seem very knowledgeable.

Came out quickly and very cleanly removed the drywall and fixed a large crack in my basement that was leaking excessively. It’s been a month since the fix and we’ve had lots of rain, but the fix is holding and I have no more water in my basement.

Paul was very thorough explaining the process and what was needed to correct my basement wall crack/leak. Whole process was completed in a few hours. Very clean too - he laid down mats where heâ d be walking and cleaned up the area afterwards. Iâ ve since had multiple heavy rains and no more water in the basement! Very satisfied. Will update if things change.
