Permascapes, LLC

Contracted with Kyle at Permascapes to complete a paver patio project. Got 90% of the job complete, then ghosted us and stole 2 pallets of pavers. Also took 1-1/2 years to get to 90%.

I've had to sue Permascapes, and they didn't show up for court just like they didn't show up to repair the mess they made of the project at my property. Avoid this company at all costs - Kyle is not the model of business integrity he portrays, and his work is of questionable quality.

I really appreciate the work that Permascapes did around my home. There was a lot of cleanup needed and it was all done very well and without destroying my plants. I received great value for a very fair price. I will definitely hire them in the future.

Permascapes did a great job trimming my trees and shrubs. Clean up was great. When I wanted more branches trimmed off some of my tree's from the initial trimming, Jon returned ASAP to complete my request at no additional charge from the price quoted.

The gentlemen did an excellent job landscaping my flower beds!! I will use the in the fall to go the trimming.

I texted and he said yes he would come out and trim the bushes and weed and mulch. I used to do it but I was in a car accident and now I m disabled. I paid with PayPal. I asked him to come next week because we ll be on vacation and need our grass mowed and he said yes! I m couldn t be happier that I found him!!!

Great guys easy to work with and very knowledgeable

I hired Kyle because of all the good reviews and his estimate was reasonable. He did most of what he agreed to and said he would come back and finish in early May after the trees and shrubs were in full foliage and the azaleas had bloomed. I noticed in mid-April that they had pulled up all my Ajuga when I mentioned this to Kyle he said he would plant replacements. I bought the new plants even though he should have paid for them because I did not want to debate that with him. I contacted him on the 7th of May to see when he would be coming by and he suggested several times he would be able available yet he failed to show up each time or bother to give me an update. After several no-shows I contacted him again to say if he did not finish by the end of the following week I would have to start submitting reviews to the various sights. He apologized again and said he would be by late morning on the 24th of May. When he failed to show up or give me an update by 1:30 that afternoon I sent a txt that I was running out of patience. I have never heard back from him and today is the 5th of June. I usually do not pay the full price until the job is complete but he seemed so sincere. Kyle talks like he has all this experience but he was a disappointment in both his end product and his work ethic.

Great experience working with Permascapes!

I have worked with Kyle a couple of times thus far, on clean up and pruning / bush removal of the landscaping at a home I purchased last year. Kyle is easy to work with, and is very professional and trustworthy. I will have additional landscape and hardscape needs this year, and will definitely use Permascapes again.

Kyle was great to deal with. He gave us professional advice and the results are exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely use Permascapes again.

Kyle is TERRIFIC! He is extremely knowlegable about all that is the outdoors. He is also very personable and presents himself professionally. Once he works for you, he makes you feel like an old friend. This young man has all the right ideas about good customer service and practices them with every job.

Kyle is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. His quote was competitive. His work was far above average. The yard looks fantastic. He worked under extreme heat but Kyle came prepared. When the work was complete, his clean up was like he had never been there - other than the shrubs, trees and beds looked fantastic. I have asked him to return to do some additional yard work. Exceptional work and I can't get past how knowledgeable Kyle is about every little bush, tree, and shrub on our 10 acres. The cost is slightly (like maybe 5%) higher than his competitors, but the work is without equal and done promptly. We will be hiring him for a number of projects in the future.

The weather did not cooperate but the first day they were able to they came out and worked. Came on time and finished on time. I was impressed by Kyle's knowledge of our native plants.

Permascapes was very professional from start to finish, promptly started the work after services were secured, and are very knowledgeable about the different species of plants and what was good for our yard. The yard clean up was spotless and I will certainly have them back in the Spring to plant shrubs and a new tree.
