They went over & above to make this senior comfortable till a/c was installed. Brought out 2 window units, since it was 95* here, put them in & then removed when unit was installed. Made sure my home was in order. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and their contact person (Walter) has checked on me for about 2 weeks after. Choice them when I read reviews and all the awards they have won! They have been super.

Communication was extremely poor. The salesman would not return my texts and the general manager did not return my phone call. The installers were good and accommodating. The unit was damaged upon arrival. It was either install it or wait four days for another unit to arrive because they had already removed my old unit. I was previously told there were 4 units in stock. Damaged panels are supposedly ordered. Numerous issues overall. I would not recommend.
