We specialize in residential and commercial renovations, helping our clients obtain the approvals and permits they need from NYC co-ops, condos, landlords, Department of Buildings (DOB) and Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC). We work directly with homeowners and small business owners to guide them from initial floorplan to DOB approval of their project. We also work with interior designers in an 'architect of record' (AOR) capacity, and with NYC contractors to address any permit-related issues they may face. Since our founding in 2014, we have completed hundreds of projects in the 5 boroughs of NYC, always with a commitment to effective planning, appropriate design, and efficient communication.
