The runner that was assigned was laxadaisy and not at all professional. He caused us to be late getting our permit thru to the city and it was a City porject. He gave incorrect information as to the dollar amounts and who the checks were to made out on 2 seperate occasions. We had to overnight checks to him twice and then we still had to pay with credit card. What a nightmare!!!!

I contacted this company after submitting partial info to the city of fort lauderdale to get "After the Fact" permits for renovations a previous owner did to my house. Having no clue of what to do, I found this company online and Susan was extremely informative and helpful. I highly recommend her and her company.
