I chose this company because of the customer ratings. However, I paid for the service and my alarm still is and was not operable. Calls to the pros were less than expected. Long ring times before phone answered, promises for service, which I had to initiate. Not satisfied and will not call them again.

Our alarm system was not functioning properly. Perotek came out when they said they would, showed id, repaired the problem efficiently and thouroughly checked the entire system. Courteous and kind. Would definately call them again for our security system needs.
