Horrible from the salesforce and management team BUT the moving team was great and rallied after a lack of communication and poor notes from sales! I have emails and notes stating what was needed and the moving team looked at me when they got there like what but got it taken care of when no one would answer any of our texts or calls on moving day the lead took charge but had to leave my home and go get materials. Then after 90min, my family and I had to help the team pack up again without ANY support coming from sales or mgmt. Then I signed at the end of the day noting fewer hours materials, manpower, time, etc. ready for a $400 refund as noted on the bill I SIGNED, Management FINALLY got involved and refused to refund and blamed it on the moving team and myself! I was told this company was good but it was the most unprofessional sales and management team I have ever worked with. Have to dispute this now with my card company. Beware of this company from what I understand after doing more research this is not the first time I just wish I had researched but a real estate friend recommended them - telling them what happened as well.

The lead mover kept making comments regarding the fact that it was a personal (private citizen) move vice a company or military move. What did it matter if I paid for them to pack, wrap and move it from one point to another, as long as I paid the costs?

I can't put into words how good my crew was. I first found perry through service magic. A coworker also gave them a glowing review. They easily lived up to the hype. All of my items were handled with the greatest of care. They maneuvered the largest items up two flights of stairs with so much grace. In terms of value, I thought their quote was a little high but i was willing to pay for quality. To my surprise, they finished the job faster and the price was much cheaper than the quote. If I had to make one criticism , it would be that the availability of boxes is a shot in the dark. If you catch them at a bad time, they might not have any boxes. Then again, most movers don't lone you any boxes at all ! Stop looking and hire these guys now !!

From start to finish, we were thrilled with Perry Moving Services. Diana came to our house and did an inventory herself, and gave us an estimate. The job actually ended up being CHEAPER than her estimate. They were able to move us out and into our new house on the exact days we wanted - out on a Monday from MD, into NC on Weds. The 4 guys who moved us out did a great job. They were very careful to wrap everything well. Everything came through in great shape. I highly recommend this company.
