I appreciated their work ethic: always contacting me for arrival times, cleaning up before leaving, respectful of my home, accommodating of my schedule. The kitchen looks great now, but it was a painful process. The cabinetry is beautiful and I was very impressed with that part of the project. However, I had no kitchen for 8 weeks and the budget was over-run by over 25%. Perrys oversight of his subs was lax. Workers routinely arrived late or unexpectedly and put in just a couple of partial days per week... I needed to assertive about rework for several items that were not done right and it was super-stressful.

Perry Newman Design is amazing from start to finish and in a short time. He started the project immediately and finished on time. Several workers at a time and almost every day. The house went from traditional to Modern and I couldn t be happier. I ve seen other work he has done...beautiful! I can t wait for the basement to be redesigned by Perry Newman. I will be calling him again soon.
