Mr Perry had to go to Jacksonville to pickup a new door then bring it back to Kingsland to install. Bless his heart, this was not done in one trip, but several, not his fault. He good heartedly made necessary trips to complete job.

Having worked hard for a nice home, we wanted to hire a reputable company to remove the popcorn ceiling, re-plaster, & paint for a clean & new look. Mr. Perry & his staff did an excellent job with meeting our expectation. Every penny spent was well worth our investment in our island home.. Mr Perry certainly displayed excellent communication & interpersonal skills! We highly recommend this company & look forward to hiring him in our next two phases in our home.

Prompt, courteous and cleaned up after himself. Had repairs done in garage and master bedroom. Several holes in drywall which required a 3'x3' patch in each location.

They repaired the drywall, refinished the ceiling, added crown molding , painte d, and replaced the ancient base boards in two guest bedrooms. They work was well done and at a reasonable cost , They job was completed on time and yes they do clean up as they proceed. I was so pleased I added a guest bathroom that they tiled. Great job, professional workers. .

Doors (Interior) - Install or Replace

My initial request was to hang doors. During our first meeting we had indicated we had several other projects. The contractor agreed he had the expertise to handle those projects. The other projects included finish work. He indicated he had all the tools to spray paint the trim around our door frames. That's where things fell apart. He did not have skillset to do quality work. When he destroyed all our trim by stacking when paint was not dry we did not have him complete any of the additional projects. The overall cost for us with the mistakes was too high. An overall bad experience.
