"This is not how it went at all, things werent explained properly and the homeowner wasnt even home when the work was being done. Her husband was there however, and he was pleased with the way things were going. The color of stain was picked out by the homeowner, and it was too dark for her liking, when offered to replace it and sand down the floors to original color it wasnt good enough. I made many attempts to fix this, and was denied. Mind you, she didnt pay her end of the contract. The first installment made was short 50$ and the second payment was short 550$. So when she was asked for the payment due she threw a fit. - Michael Perry"
