I would recommend them to anyone, I had to let the previous painter go due to not showing to do the work and the guys had it done the next morning by 8:30a, with a 1 year warranty on the work they did. Cost me a little extra for the quick turnaround but well worth it.

After meeting with several contractors. I decided to hire Personal Touch Contracting. Jeff was very knowledgeable about all aspects of construction and walked me through how he would handle every facet of remodeling my master bathroom and powder bath, based on my designs. His approach and experience gave me the confidence to award him the contract. It was the best decision I made. From the very beginning, Jeff and his crew did exactly what they said they would do. They followed a detailed work scheduled, showed up everyday on time, and were very pleasant to have in my home. All of his crew are professionals and do superior work. It was obvious they take great pride in their craft and pay attention to every detail as evident by the end results! I was so impressed with Jeff and his crew, I have expanded my remodeling projects to other areas of the home. I would not trust anyone else to help me with these types of improvements and investments. It is with great pleasure that I highly recommend Personal Touch Contracting for your remodeling project.

Jeff and his crew are Great to work with. They guided me through the process of the remodeling project and made sure I avoided any bad decisions. Jeff was in constant contact with me even after having had surgery he showed up at my house to make sure the project got underway on time and was done correct. I had laminate installed in most of my house. It was carpet. Mike and the helpers were great! They took care of tearing up and removing the carpet then installing the laminate with great care. They were considerate and very reliable. My house looks great and I am very very pleased with Personal Touch Contracting. I will be doing my office in a few months and WILL BE CALLING them!

I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for help with a home project. I contacted Jeff four days prior to the start date that my family & I needed the work to begin, due to another contracting company bailing on us. Jeff, not only took on my home project in an unreasonable short notice due to my unfortunate luck with the first company I booked. Jeff's crew was extremely proffesional and friendly, needless to say they completed my time sensitive project in four days so my family and I could move in. Jeff, thank you for your help, I will be recommending you to my family members that need help with there home projects as well.

I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat. Jeff was always quick to respond and answer my questions (and I had a lot of them). He gave me real advice that helped me improve the project and save me money, even if it meant he made less off of the project. I really appreciated that honesty, it's hard to find these days. Javier, the gentleman who did the labor was always on time and was professional and courteous. He would keep me updated on progress throughout the day and made sure I understood what the plan was. I went from having a bathroom that I was embarrassed of, to having a bathroom that I show off to my friends.

We used them to refinish tub and tiles...was not told of how easily the finish would chip. Put the fixtures back on and had 3 chips on brand new finish the first day. Would have gone ahead and had tub and tiles replaced if I had known how fragile the resurfacing is. Felt as if the money spent was just wasted. I will say the young gentleman who did the work was on time and very professional and careful about his work. There was no issue with the actual labor, the product was beautiful when done, however the product itself is not durable. Again, would rather now have had the bathroom completely demolished and then new tub and tiles installed.

"This customer was referred to a outside vendor for this service as we do not do it. It was a referral as a courtesy to another vendor. Personal Touch didn't complete this work. In addition the vendor that did the work has a warranty for chipping and just needed to be contacted to do the repair under warranty"

"This review is very disheartening, home advisor itself provides wonderful service and a tremendous amount of projects for us. The one flaw in this system is this rating system. The Morris family is directly related to the customer in Casselberry that left me a review of 1.5 for a few minor concerns that were blown wayyy out of proportion because we couldn't get together in a very timely fashion to address a few very minor things.. This customer fired us with out cause, 3 days into the job, never let us come look, tell us why, show or explain to us any pics of poor quality work at all. We know with 100 percent certainly they just wanted us to not continue because we hadn't finished the referrals house in this cases job. We were asked to remove ourselves with no justification for any service provided in this home, it was guilt by association not for any quality of service actually performed in the home. We graciously removed ourselves from the job and didn't even charge them for the 1400.00 work of work completed. The issue that was in question with the referral customer that left the review from Casselberry was very disheartening as well. We had multiple appointments to put some shims into a casing by a ceiling, multiple, multiple, and the homeowner cancelled with us each and every time, and we gave them alternative times to procure the problem none of them seamed to work with the customers schedule, we needed to place a shim, we used a temporary shim for a piece of drywall, and we needed to re grout a few areas that and we know for sure the areas were on before it was dry by this customer which cause the area to be redone again. The services provided in these 2 homes are being provided by the same tradesmen that average a score of just under 4.40 on 18 other reviews. One unreasonable customer simply poisoned another in this case."

They don't show up when they advise they will. They did not install according to specs found on line. They also installed a ceiling, where uneven attempted to "shim" the differences with broken paint stirrers. Tile requires a second grouting, multiple attempts to get them back to finish what they started failed. Always had an excuse as to why they could not keep appointments. Owner talks a good product but the results and dealing with them are clearly the opposite. Truly a case of buyer be ware.
