"When I spoke with Customer to set up the cleaning he explained the pet accident and said that it's not that bad. And that he would already have the covers off when we got there. We attempted to adjust the price based on the severity of the issue. With the greater severity, it did take more time to do the cleaning. I'm sorry he feels that we had poor customer service."
