I cannot say enough great things about Doug and his assistant they day they came to do the work. We had great communication leading up to the day of, they were punctual, polite, respectful inside of our home and were so efficient! We have never had our recliner professionally cleaned before, we just assumed that being neat and tidy people in general was enough. I was stunned to see how much they pulled out of it, and it looks like a brand new recliner now and smells so fresh! Same with our sofa and our rug. We have already referred them to so many family members and will be using them on an annual basis now, just to keep things fresh! Thank you so much!

I recently purchased a home that had the original (20 year old) carpet in it. At the time I didn't have the money to replace the carpet and so opted instead to have it professionally cleaned. I was so surprised at the level of service I received from this company. The guy they sent was really professional and did an excellent job. He was also very personable and answered any questions I had. They only charged 25 cents per square foot to breathe new life into my carpets and I couldn't be happier with the results!

I was given a time for the job to be completed, and I told them I was having some friends over that evening, so they offered fans to dry the carpet on the main floor. Then the job preceding mine took longer than expected, so they pushed the time back to one that was not acceptable. They then found someone else to do the job. He did a superb job within an acceptable time frame. Unfortunately he did not have the fans to dry the carpet since that part was not communicated to him. He then went over the main floor carpet again to draw up more water. I would recommend them again with just a caveat about communication.

i called them to clean my couch after a pet accident. it took 10 minues to get thru their answering service before i could tell anyone what service i needed. they said $75.00 to clean couch with a $99.00 minimum to come to my house. i said fine, they came over and it took them 2 hours and half way thru cleaning, the technician atteempted to raise the cost of the cleaning to 179.00 due to it taking longer than expected. the couch to this day smells like vinegar, i took covers off and washed them in washing machine and they are like new. i was appalled that they tried to adjust cost half way thru cleaning. very poor customer service.

"When I spoke with Customer to set up the cleaning he explained the pet accident and said that it's not that bad. And that he would already have the covers off when we got there. We attempted to adjust the price based on the severity of the issue. With the greater severity, it did take more time to do the cleaning. I'm sorry he feels that we had poor customer service."

Be certain to get price estimate before hiring. We thought, in the end, the fee for an hour of work too high since an odor we sought to eliminate remained, that is, the objective was not met completely.
