Very thorough, responsive and competitive pricing: we had an entire house replumb so we had drywall holes everywhere from plumbers that needed to be repaired and a wall that needed to be completely resurfaced as well. One tiny hole was not repaired at first visit (there were a LOT of holes to keep track of and our fault for not doing a final walk through), very prompt about returning to finish job. We would highly recommend.

Bill Angelos repaired all my drywall in my fixer upper. Including patching a hole around a small electrical box and other large spots that needed to be smooth before painting. Very nice work and clean up!

Bill installed back splash around counter top in kitchen, tiles in master bathroom at the top of shower and drywall repair of ceiling. He gave a estimate that was reasonable, great at explaining what he was doing and why, always on time and most importantly he did excellent work. Highly recommend.

Excellent job done! Great customer service , and did the workwand price quite with integrity. Yes you read it right integrity! Hard to find these days but I experienced that with Personal Touch Home Improvement. Not to mention the fact that my wife and I both we're thrilled with the outcome of the floor. It not only met our expectations but exceeded. I would recommend Personal Touch Home Improvement without reservation. In fact I like the floor so well that I had him do some drywall work which was equal in quality to the great job he did on the floor overlay.

We hired Bill after our plans to put laminate in the basement went south due to uneven concrete. Bill showed up to that first appointment on time and was honest in his assessments. He gave me several options, and had samples readily available. He never tried to push me toward more expensive options and he spent quite a bit of time going over pros and cons of all the options. He was clear about the process, and always showed up as scheduled. The floors in our basement turned out beautiful and so far, have worked as advertised. We loved the floor so much, we hired him to do a second room a week later. Bill was great to work with. I would hire him again without hesitation.

Bill and Rob did work at my home removing popcorn ceiling texture and re-texturing the ceiling in a large room with high ceilings. On the second day of the job they were scheduled to show up at 8:00 a.m. They never showed up that day and didn't call to explain. Bill said that he got busy (with another job) and forgot. So the completion of the job was delayed an extra day (which meant walking through drywall-dusty drop cloths and tracking dust into other rooms for another day). They did show up again the next day to complete the work. Overall, we're happy with the completed project, but probably won't use this company for any future projects due to the lack of communication and the mess that was left once they were gone.

"The reason we didn't show up is because of poor driving conditions due to a snow and ice storm. Roads were closed so my tech helper couldn't make it to work. I assumed the customer would understand but I was wrong. She called me up and chewed me out but later and apologized for being so rude. I had originally told the customer it would take about a week and yes we were done in a week despite loosing a day. Removing popcorn ceiling is a messy job and I inform all customers there is a lot of dust. We did the best we could to clean up and completely vacuumed the floor when completed."

I contacted Bill thru HomeAdvisor. He called within 24 of my inquiry. We met the next day and explained the process and the options. No hard sell but he spent enough time over things to convince me that he was passionate about doing a great job. This was a long distance job as I was in Pennsylvania while the work was being done on my Colorado home. I had to coordinate a family member to be at the house at the date and time that the job was scheduled. Bill was always on time and when I finally got to see the end result 3 weeks later, I was extremely impressed with the quality of the workmanship. No gaps in corners and the uniformity of the speckle was excellent. Needless to say I am very pleased and would highly recommend him.

Bill was great! Showed up when he said he would, or called to let us know. Educated us on the process so it had as little impact as possible on our family. The other contractor, Levi Swanson, set up an appointment, we planned our schedule that day completely around what he claimed he would do and when he would be there and he was not just a no show, but did not return calls. Don't want to do business that way ! Bill at Personal Touch was a true professional, brainstormed with us and is very creative. Thanks Bill!
