"My attitude is to do my work like I would do it in my own house. My customers turn into friends as was (consumer name withheld at their request), One challenge we did have was after Jim had removed tile on the floor was the outlining of the tile on the floor. In addition to the overlay, we had to skim coat twice to correct the matter and it turned out great. Enjoy Jim &(consumer name withheld at their request),"
"The reason we didn't show up is because of poor driving conditions due to a snow and ice storm. Roads were closed so my tech helper couldn't make it to work. I assumed the customer would understand but I was wrong. She called me up and chewed me out but later and apologized for being so rude. I had originally told the customer it would take about a week and yes we were done in a week despite loosing a day. Removing popcorn ceiling is a messy job and I inform all customers there is a lot of dust. We did the best we could to clean up and completely vacuumed the floor when completed."
