I went online to because my pump motor burned out. Steve called me and walked through the issue. I checked with one of the "big" pool services and they said because my pump was 9 years old, I should replace pump and motor. When I called Steve back to discuss, he indicated that part of the motor replacement was replacing all seals and bushings, which in effect was a new pump. He arrived on time, installed a new motor and all seals and bushings- showed me the inside of the pump housing and impeller which showed no wear or damage.Put it back together and I have a brand new motor and a rebuilt pump for the price of the motor.

We needed to use him twice in a very short period of time. He was excellent. He finished the work in a timely fashion, communicated with us the whole time as to what was going on. If we need anything else repaired on our pool he will be the one we call. He was excellent.

I know that many wouldn't see the urgency of fixing a hot tub, but this was a serious medical issue for which I needed to get it up and going. I was so impressed when he managed to get it done the same day! I gave him my credit card over the phone and voila! I know who I'd call again!
