This veteran owned business took $425 of our money on 6/1/20 to remedy a critter problem in our roof then never completed the work. I have called them many times over the past several months and they never return the call. They do not appear to be a legitimate business and if they are they are a business they appear to be engaging in fraud (not so patriotic after all). Please dont make the same mistake we have made in entrusting these people with our money.

The Service tech said they will follow up with a service after 30 days and they never did. Called the company 3x and emailed their website and two weeks later still no response. The claim to be Veteran owned but do not provide any discount for veterans. They run two businesses at the same time Holiday Lights. I will update if they come for the follow up service as promissed.

After I paid for the service and they did not remediate the situation, they promised to come back out again and never showed. $400 for no results is a challenge during these tough financial times. I would not recommend it.

I wanted a pest control treatment, but more than that I wanted to know what caused the insects to suddenly be in my house. Pest Control Solutions was very knowledgeable and let me ask questions until I understood what was happening in my house and what they were doing about it. They pinpointed where insects were coming in so I could have it fixed permanently, rather than trying to upsell me a permanent exterminating service like other companies did. I feel like I got lucky when I found them, and I really cannot recommend them highly enough.

I paid $ 550.00 for rodent removal and control. Brendon came to my house, blocked off areas of entry, set up glue boards and bait. He was professional and very friendly. Brendon gave me an appointment for 2 weeks for follow up. He didn't show up, I sent many text and he did respond, blaming the office for not setting up the appointments, he said he would talk to them. I had to find the entry points that he missed. After months of hoping PCS would make the situation right, I finally requested a refund for the lack of follow up ($410.00). Again, I was told he would let the office know. I asked for the office telephone number and address, Brendon did not respond back. $410.00 is a lot of money for me to just give away.

They were exactly on time, very personable. As for the the job, they did what was requested of them plus extra. What I mean there are times when you don t know what all you need and someone comes and does more than what s expected without up-charging you. I would request John Mataya each time I need a job done. John s my Guy!

It's only been a week or so since John sprayed for the stink bugs. We've seen at least one or two each day so far, but it's not warm enough for a true test in the sunroom. That will definitely prove whether the prevention is working or not.
