Charles showed up on the day I called when I explained that a renovation project had been halted by aggressive wasps. He toured the house and proposed a plan of targeting the nest and preventive spraying of attractive gutters and soffits. All for a fair price. Very professional.

Wow – Charles is amazing. He is very knowledgeable, professional and respectful of your home and property. We called Charles to investigate a bat issue in our attic. He let us know that we were within a short window to deal with the problem because bats are protected and you are not allowed to remove them once they begin having babies. He fit us into his schedule, and within 24 hours he had our problem addressed. To say he is thorough is a huge understatement. He crawled around every inch of our roof (literally) with flashlights and mirrors to find any possible places the bats could be entering our attic. While he did find the main entrance point, he also addressed several other areas along our roofline that could become future entrance points. Finally, as he worked on the project, he encountered several wasp/hornet nests that he took care of – without additional charge. If you have any insect or animal issues, you SHOULD call Charles. His work was above and beyond and his costs were more than fair compared to other bids we received. He will be our first call for any further issues in the future. The other thing that impressed us was his willingness to share knowledge. What a cool business.

He was very thorough! I was impressed that even as cold as it was he was able to check everything inside and out of the house. He did indicate that he will be back 2 more times to check everything out. This is very welcome so that if there are any issues he will be able to address them then.

there were so many bees and Charles was very professional and nice. He walked around the house and discovered ANOTHER bee nest on the siding. Took care of that one also. Then he found a baby snapping turtle way up by my house and he delivered the little guy right down to the water so he has a chance for survival. He is an awesome guy!!! He came quickly and took care of my problem pronto and a very reasonable rate.

They responded to our house within 1 hour of notification. He gave us an estimate which we accepted and he said that he could take care of the problem before dark. The bee problem was under control by the next morning.

Charles did a very good job was here on time and called when he was on the way. Very knowlegeable its very hard to fine someone up here that does bat control but we luck out and found charles. some people didn't want come this far to do the work but not charles he'll go anywhere. And guess what NO MORE BATS good job.

Charles came out the day we contacted him to extricate some unwanted inhabitants in the attic at our cabin. He successfully trapped the mother raccoon that night. The offspring hid, but within a few days were also successfully trapped by him and relocated. He was very responsive and great to work with.

Charles was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to be thorough and didn't rush at all; getting the job done right was more important than getting the job done fast. I will most definitely recommend him to others and I'm happy to hire him again in the future!
