Pest EZ Pest Control

Have been suing this company for 5 years. Same tech comes out everytime. He states he was at my house and treated it outside I was home. No one came. Cameras never showed any activity. No receipt of service. I called tech and he assured me he was at my house at 9:15 am (very familiar with my house, he described backyard from previous treatment) Bottom line. He never came. Falsified story. Owner of comp backed his tech. Now saying. Oops went to the wrong house . Pls be careful with this company. I don?t want other folks to pay up front like I did and get scammed .

So far, everything looks good about no mice but time will tell. The price seems high but never had this kind of service.

I was disappointed with the service. I needed someone to check my crawl space for holes where the mice could get into my house on the inside. This was not done. I'm hoping my mice problem is solved with the packets of stuff that were put out. So far no more mice. Since I didn't have any other companies to compare the price with, I don't know if I got a good deal or not for the value of for the money! Thought the price I paid was high, but I don't know what the price would have been from someone else.

Fast service quality work did not require you to sign up for all year program technician was friendly and knowledgeable took his time explaining what he was going to do would recommend them without hesitation very reasonable as well

They responded fairly quickly, but I do think it was a bit overpriced for the size of the job. It was a bee nest in a birdhouse that took 15 minutes to deal with. After spending 3 full days in the emergency room, I had to do something, & they did come out the same day I called.

A little pricey, but the yellow jackets seem to be gone and they do provide a warranty. The technician was courteous and answered all my questions.

Overall good experience. We had bird mites on our front porch that caused me to have a horrible allergic reaction. We removed the nest and weren't seeing any a handful of days later, but I wanted to make sure they were gone, and this company was recommended as knowledgeable in bird mites... Um, maybe? They sent over a young kid who was super nice and professional, but when we were looking for the mites, he thought a flying bug was one...Um, mites don't fly. Even though none were seen, he was kind enough to just treat our porch and only charged us the service fee. I also called about a week later because I was still itching and one of the guys called me back and reassured me that if I originally saw the mites, and was not seeing anything now, we were likely okay and I was probably still just recovering from the whole endeavor. Really kind to take time out of his afternoon to ease my mind. The person scheduling was also excellent. So overall, great customer service, I would likely use them again, but my biggest critique would be that the person may want to brush up on what they're coming out to look for and treat if they aren't familiar. As in this situation I felt like I knew more about the bug than the worker.

They were able to schedule a visit very quickly. I received a call about 15 minutes before the visit letting me know he was on his way. Took care of the problem and the nest is gone now. Very professional, friendly and Knowledgeable!
