Pest Eliminators, Inc.

Great!!!

They showed up when they said they would. Were very professional. When they entered the house they put on booties so they would not track dirt into the house. They solved the problem and we were very satisfied with the service.

No reason to use anyone else !

Consistently on time, very effective in solving the problem quickly, very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable technicians.

On time, quality work, seems to have solved my problem. Friendly technicians

They gave me info and advice even before. hiring. Also were very thorough with site inspection compared to all others! Still on the job. I am very satisfied with progress so far.

It Took Awhile,But we got them..... lol

Our work with "Pest Eliminators" was terminated due to their refusal to honor an agreement to complete the job by December 18, 2015. The main task to be completed was the removal and replacement of all the contaminated insulation within the home by December 18, 2015. "Pest Eliminators" through their representative agreed to the work and schedule. A secondary task was to seal the house to prevent future rodent access and the sanitation of the contaminated areas. It was determined that all of the insulation was contaminated and needed to be replaced. On December 16, 2015, we were notified that "Pest Eliminators" did not have adequate staff to complete the job as agreed to. They set a new completion date for somewhere in January 2016, no specific date was given. Because of the potential health hazard that "Pest Eliminators" originally identified as needing to be addressed ASAP we were totally appalled by their lack of concern to complete the job as agreed to. We immediately dismissed "Pest Eliminators' for non performance and hired another pest company who completed the job on December 23, 2015. Since the secondary task to seal the house and sanitize the contaminated areas was never completed we requested a refund of $350.00, one half of the amount for that task. We are currently waiting to hear from the contractor.

the big thing with me was on time

These guys get the job done. I am very happy with the quality of work.

Very pleasant. I would use them again.

The people I dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable , the service was done efficiently,- it took a few hours but there was lots to do ! So far I'm very pleased that I chose them to do the work and I'm also pleased with the guarantee !

The company was excellent, reasonably priced and actually DID rid my attic of two rats ! - TG !

Very professional and explained every step of the process. The tech was very knowledge and answered all our questions.

They were on time and professional.

This was a prevention for wood termites. Planning to have more exterior and interior done with them. Very pleased so far. Would recommend to friends .

they were prompt, good service for the price, explained what need to be done

Neat , punctual, prices comparable.

great service , for the price ,and great info on how to eliminate my pest problems

Prompt, ontime ,very efficient, complete service what else can I say

The cost of the service was a very pleasant surprise, as I had expected it to be far more expensive. My technician, Brian Draht, was superb. He was exceedingly gracious, took the time to explain in detail what would be done, came back for the service at the time expected, and did a thorough job.

The company was very professional and my only concern was the quality of the filling all the drill holes/not very clean and required sanding and painting. Over-all I would recomend them.

Technician assigned (Anthony) was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. His experience in the roofing business proved to be very beneficial for our particular problem. It is noted that I reduced my rating on value for the money only because my house had most of the rodent exclusion work performed previously and I the price charged was average for a total exclusion.

We made an appt. for 12-2 pm on 8/27. The rep arrived right on time. He asked what we had seen, where, and all the pertinent questions. He then explained what he would do-and proceeded with baiting & spraying. Very professional, very pleasant. I didn't rate 5's due to the lingering 'ghost ants' we're seeing. However, we were told it was a possibility until the queen died. Very satisfactory service, and very affable technician!
