I contacted Pest Guardians late on a Friday afternoon about an ant problem that seemed to show up basically overnight in my home. Matt and his team were very responsive and were able to fit me into the schedule very quickly. They showed up on time and were very professional. He treated the interior and exterior of my home for over 75 different insects, and even left us with a couple of pest/insect traps. It seemed the next day everything was gone already. I haven't seen an ant in the house and bugs are basically non-existent around the home. I cannot recommend Pest Guardians enough, top quality product and service at an extremely fair price. Highly satisfied!

Working with Matt was very pleasurable and the knowledge he brings to the job far outweighs hiring one of the big cos., where, with past experiences, he cares about the job he does versus just being an employee putting in their time. My elderly parents contacted Matt and Pest Guardians to inquire about treating our Door County Cabin for mice back in April. Matt shared that they are in DC regularly and happy to service us. Paid 350.00 for an application and per Mattâ  s report he was on site for 1hr 2 minutes. We contacted Matt on several occasions as the mouse sign did not decrease really at all and asked for a re-treatment and he. will not return without an additional charge. Even suggested I consider a local service provider. Also asked for a partial refund which he refused since I the application had little impact and certainly did not last the duration as promised. Now appears Matt has blocked my parents from contacting them via Facebook Messengerâ ¦.(Great business Practice) I have a responsive national Pest Control Company coming for service this week, 3 hr consult and assessment and 2 follow up visits in the next 90 days for monitoring and alterations all for 289.00. As for Pest Guardians I will be filing a claim with the BBB, providing feedback on all platforms including YELP, and would certainly not recommend them to anyone. Buyer Beware, Christopher

Paul was very knowledgeable and there were never any pressure tactics used as with big companies. They don t have you sign any contract as other mouse/rodent exterminators do.

Amazing customer service and expedient with setting a date to come over and look. They tell you everything about what you should know before and are very helpful with any questions. He was in my home for about an hour and then all I had to do was wait for the house to fumigate and vent. Would recommend to anyone especially someone on a budget.

Couldn't be more pleased with the service & professionalism of the co-owner who serviced our request. He was prompt, courteous, pleasant and extremely knowledgeable (explained in detail how he was going to deal with the situation and solve our problem). The service was reasonably priced.
