Needed a termite inspection for a VA refi they were quick to show up, identified a couple areas that needed to be treated/repaired. Showed up a couple days later and completed all services. Very happy with how quickly they took care of the issue

From the moment he walked into our home until the job was completed, Ryan was always available to answer our questions, help schedule our SDG&E shut off and restart, and ensure that our home was in great hands from start to finish. By the end of the project, we felt like he d become a family member because of the rapport that we d established. I would highly recommend using Pest Patrol to all of my friends and relatives!

Crew are very professional. Termite treatment were explained to us what needs to be done and how it will be done. Wood repairs are excellent as well. Will definitely recommend treatment and repairs as needed.

Pest Patrol was so easy to work with. We had to change the type of termite treatment, and when calling the office, Philicia was extremely helpful. The wall treatment was done by Max, who was clean, and extremely thorough.

These guys did a great job in less time than expected. When there ended up being extra work that they did not identify in the initial inspection, they completed it anyway at the original price. Highly recommend.

Hired to set rat traps and they did not catch any rats with multiple traps set. They came two times and there s still evidence of new droppings each week. We paid $75 for inspection and setting traps and paid $45 the next time for checking traps. They did not set new traps in new locations with different type traps or different bait.

They were professional and on time, Offered good suggestions, and did some extra work.

Pest Patrol removed a substantial amount of wood on our patio deck to remove the dry rot in the structure. It is a complicated design and Robert and Max did a fantastic job in rebuilding the patio cover. They were on time, had a great attitude and took the time to do the job right. I would recommend them to anyone.

Needed a termite inspection for house refinance, the response was very quick, he was very thorough, and super friendly, very happy with this company.

Pest Patrol were quick to respond and to schedule an inspection. The house did not need tenting. They did spot treat and repair termite damage. They also heat treated the attic. After the job was done another area of concern showed up. They came out quickly and my concerns was resolved. Very pleased with the work done. Will use them again.

Great experience, highly recommend this company. Had our house inspected for termites and wood destroying organisms by another company. They found dry rot, and wanted a huge amount of money for repairs and they were booked out more than 3 weeks. In the meantime, I found Pest Patrol and asked for a bid for the repairs. Bob came out quickly and was very nice and professional. He gave me a bid that was 1/3 the price of his competitor. They booked the repair work in less than a week. When Robby and his partner arrived to do the repairs, there was an error between what they had on the bill and what Bob had originally quoted me. They called Bob and we talked and while he didn't recall exactly what he told me, he honored the price that I recalled he and I discussing. That he would do right be me on this issue is enough of a reason to recommend this company. When his worker Robby and his partner got to work on the repair, they worked quickly and efficiently and did a great job. There were a few small touch ups that I requested they do and they did those without complaint. On completion of the job they cleaned up the work area and thanked me for the business. Then I spoke with the office staff to get my completed termite report and to pay my bill and they were polite and helpful. Every step of dealing with this company was easy and pleasant. They are honest people who do quality work for excellent prices. What more could you want? I think they should up their advertising budget so more people know about this great company!
