People respond immediately, answering my questions and concerns. Appointment was booked, showed up on time, very knowledgeable tech. All was taken care of post haste. Week or so later they had to return as birds had started to concentrate on chimney- that was promptly set up with deterrents and have not had birds pecking on the house since - thank you Pest Plus.

They were good, polite and professional. I'm a bit concerned they tried to sell me on carpenter-ant treatment I don't think I need, but I could be mistaken. I would give a 5 if I'm mistaken.

Excellent service from this company! They arrived at the scheduled appointment time. Our technician Eric did a thorough inspection under our home before quoting us a price. He explained the process of removing the pests, which was both informative and interesting. Definitely recommend this company. They were able to come out the same day we called them,; another big plus. Ecolife does not work on weekends; I had called them first on a Saturday morning.

Skunk with paw caught in rat trap! PestPlus got him out without any injury and without getting sprayed! And even though they had a full schedule, they fit us in between jobs just 2 hours after I called. Weâ ll be a life-long fans of Erik and the Pest Plus team â great attitude, great customer service, excellent technique and they care about the animals. That poor young skunk was right next to the house, in the ivy, where we had a trap hidden under boards and a concrete block, but he managed to get to it anyway. A big spray on the house would have been a disaster for us. But after the PestPlus team opened the trap for him. he just walked away. They applied a very creative solution for getting the trap open without freaking out the skunk and without putting themselves at risk. And their price was below all other quotes I had for coming out on an emergency basis.

I wanted someone local but they also work in many parts of Portland and surrounding areas. They explained everything up front: costs, what was going on, what it would take to get rid of the rats. We were battling rats for some time in our basement, and Pest Plus helped us finally solve the problem. It took some escalation as the standard procedures they use only worked for a short period of time in our case. The problem was a small portion of our basement cement had been opened to access the sewer when we added a shower to a basement bathroom. Eventually, we had to pull the shower out so Pest Plus could access the holes by which the rats entered the basement. We were able to coordinate Pest Plus with our contractor who pulled the fiberglass shower. Shortly after the shower was pulled, they examined the hole, advised as how to fill, and even filled. A big shout out to Eric, who is wonderful to work with.

Eric and AJ were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and a joy to work with. We had bats in our attic and crawl space beneath the house. We also had mice in a storage area and Norwegian rats in the crawl space. Both the mice and rats were manages in the customary fashion. The bats were managed by performing a humane eviction, using one-way venting at the primary entries/exits, and a complete exclusion, by sealing up any secondary holes, cracks, or crevices in the structure that could serve as potential entry. The work was accomplished. I whole-heartedly recommend Pest Plus for all pest control issues. Pest Plus also offers a program for quarterly checks to confirm that they pests have not returned. Pricing was very reasonable.
