Pest Predator is responsive and effective for control of rodents. In addition, they have been able to resolve a wasp issue that no other firm has been able to address. Mike is always responsive and courteous - I have used Pest Predator for several projects and consider them my go-to for pest control.

Bird and Bat Pest Control Service
We had pigeons that needed to be removed from under solar panels. Michael assessed and recommended new netting around panels and helped to order and install them. Took couple weeks to get that in but he installed it, removed the bird nests, and cleaned all bird output from the roof. Very professional and courteous.

Mike was very helpful and even added a job to get rid of Yellow Jackets we had just discovered that appeared to be starting a nest, plus wasps in a different location around our house. He also completed his original job to spray for beetles and spiders quickly and efficiently!

Mike arrived on time, correctly accessed the situation (squirrels in out attic, completed 3 of the 5 damaged air vents but had several other appointments in the afternoon. He came back after those appointments and finished our house. In fact. he had to install a one-way door in order to ensure that no more squirrels remained in the attic. He then returned a week later, removed the one-way door, finished the last vent and inspected the attic one last time to ensure that the squirrels had left permanently.
