Michael did a good job treating for mice. The only disappointment was he said he would come back to put a bait trap outside the next day. I waited a few days and called him. He said there was a delay in getting them shipped to him. He has not come back and I felt that was not the truth.

Mike our expert who executed the job, not only did it but when asked to, looked over the rest of the property for more activity. He was polite & even though we think pricy to exterminate etc at the end of the day they could be attacked by insects etc so all 5's...we would recommend this business with no hesitations.

They did a great job. Mike was very professional, and explained how he was going to remove the rather large hornet's nest. He removed the nest without any problems, the hornets did not return, and the price was very reasonable.
