It was a real pleasure find out this company. They are not only proffessional and flexible, but also super polite and serious. I contacted them because there were cockroaches in my kitchen from big to super small. I had tried everything, cockroach traps, Raid MAX Concentrated Deep Reach Foggers several times, but the problem persisted. So I contacted them and they gave me all the facilities to give me an appointment. The treatment usually consists of 2 fumigations, although in our case, it had to be 3. That's right, there are not even a single cockroach left and now we can breathe easy. 100% recommendable, super efficcient at a very fair price.

I called Pest Trappers on a Sunday. To my excitement Travis was able to come to my house the same day! (Other companies i called were non-commital maybe because it was a Sunday?) Travis was extremely pleasant and respectful. He explained what he would do to extract the dead racoon and secured the entry after extraction. I'm so happy for people like Travis who own companies that are so important to people like me. I would recommend him to anyone that asks.

Travis is a wonderful person who did a superb job. He completed the job after multiple visits. In addition to the rodent control, he covered all the entries into our house to prevent further infiltration of rodents. Hire him for any problem you may have. He also captured a small possum and true to his policies, he released it to a center to be cared for and released later. Great guy and honest. I highly recommend him.

On time friendly answered phone right away both times I called . Problem skunk caught first night and Travis responded quickly to relocate skunk!

Excellent responsel time, keeps customer informed, punctual, knowledgeable, and honors warranty with no problems. I have had Travis be our pest control person for more than a year. He is in charge of rodent control, small animal removal, and termite inspections. Professional service all around.

He was very courteous and friendly. He always called before coming by to check on things. He worked very hard on solving our problem and it appears that he has.

I called with a serious wasp problem the Sunday of 4th of July weekend and they arrived within the hour equipped with a special protective suit and went to work . He found a lot more places where the wasps were hidden and took care of the rafter full of these pests . Then he went all around the house and yard and even checked the fence posts and did his thing . He was professional and informative and guarantee’s his work. I’ll hire again and I’ll recommend his service to my friends and family. He didn’t even charge extra for coming on the holiday weekend. Prices are reasonable.
